1.   Legalization is given for documents issued in Bulgaria by appropriate authorities.

2.   Certified by the Consular Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria

4.   Applicants should bear the postal fee, or arrange for the delivery, if the document is to be returned by post mail.
